well very defined chambers

It was quarried in the Mahajanga river basin, Madagascar.
It dates from the Cretaceous Era a CRAZY! 79 to 145 Million Years Ago!
This fossil measures around 6.73cm or 2 5/8" at its biggest.
Please note that this fossil has no restoration...just split out of its host matrix with a hammer.
