    Description

    Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Souvenir Card B15, issued for Anphilex '71.
    The card shows the designs used for the first United States stamps, Scott 1 and 2, in 1847.  The reproductions were made with dies specially produced by the Bureau for this purpose.
    The card is in mint condition.
