It is designed for display in protected areas, such as a covered entry, an inside door or wall, or above a hearth.  Prolonged direct sunlight, high wind, rain or snow may damage the wreath.
This wreath can be an heirloom that will last for years, and it is carefully shipped in a reusable storage box that will keep it safe and dust free.
