Rare Vintage 1920 Thorens Swiss Made Alpacca Silver Lighter.

The lighter was manufactured in Switzerland in the 1920s.
Filling screw on the side The "ALPACCA" hallmark / marking is on the side above the hinge. The hinge is marked THORENS.
Ignition button can be locked as a pocket safety device. Friction wheel swing cover, petrol, semi-automatic.

This Vintage Thorens Alpaca Single Claw Swiss made Lighter Features a Screw In Locking Push Botton To Open The Lid, Which also keeps it from opening it by accident in your pocket. It Opens The Lid Which and Turns The Claw Mechanism Which Turns The Flint Wheel and lights the Lighter.
