Vintage Washington Mutual Savings Baby Record Birth

This is a Vintage Washington Mutual Savings Baby Record Birth.
The book was an advertising premium distributed by the Washington Mutual Savings, Seattle, WA. The booklet was printed by Brown & Bigelow, St. Paul, Minn.  I did not find any copyright or other date but it looks to me from the graphics that the record is probably circa 1920s.  We a birth record about a year ago with very similar format and graphics, also printed by Brown and Bigelow that had one had a copyright date of 1926.
The 16 page record is unused.  It is about 5 1/4" x 9 3/4".  The pages are bound to the cover by a satin ribbon as seen.
The cover has a whimsical illustration of the traditional tale of babies being delivered by the stork.  This one must have had a heavy baby because he stopped in some reeds in a lake or marsh for a brief break.
At the top and bottom of each page there is a famous literary quotation related to babies and their mother's, each with a nice vintage illustration.

Overall the piece is in wonderful condition.  As found, the cover has a couple of minor spots of color variation and minor signs of light handling on the edges.  The cover appears to me made from good quality rag paper that is "uncut" or rough on the outer edges as seen.  There is a 3/4" long tear along the seam of the spine at the bottom.
